Leah had her first dance recital. She was one of the street children in Aladdin. She (we) were a little disappointed with the costume. Everyone else had a little bit of glitter and glam to theirs, something that Leah loves, and we had the street rat costume. She looked adorable in it and the head piece was the same as the maxi shirt she wears on her head, so she was okay with it. The recital started at 7:30 and went until 10! A little long if you ask me, but it was so fun seeing her up on stage tapping her little heart out.
She and Ava were some of the only ones that knew most of the dance without looking over at the teacher.
She was one of the two children that Jasmine gave an apple too.
It's 10:30pm in this picture! Some happy faces for being waaaaayyyy past bedtime!
Proud mamma. We went to the store and got her some red lipstick like her friends!
She was so happy that her daddy brought her flowers.
