T.G.I.F

This week has been really long!! I think it's the high from being in Utah and having stuff to do to the low of being back here in the HEAT!! I've felt a little trapped in the house between Lacey's naps and the kids half day at school. Hopefully it starts to cool down and we can get outside a little more.

My little wranglers showing school pride!

We set up shooting practice inside to keep us busy.

S

A friend invited us to ricochet and we gladly went to burn some energy!

She loves her lulu!

Landon started soccer practice and had it three times this week. It was at the park behind our house so we all joined him.

We road our bikes over. NO picture of the Lilos and dad they were too fast!

Even Goose I was really surprised he made it all the way. He even wanted to ride it home, but it was dark and he is a little bit slow!

Loves the swings.

Love it even more with the big sister there to entertain.

Friday we played chopped with playdough. This is them waiting for me to decide who got chopped.

The winner- Leah.

THey also helped me make some butternut squash muffins.

Sent him for a red-box and this is what he came back with-a sun hat and watermelon. We might live to close to the boarder.

Thanks goodness the weekend is here and I can some relief with Jer being home.

Lulu is 8 Months.

Lulu is 8 Months! Crawling everywhere, has two teeth, hates to be held by her bothers and sister although they constantly try to, loves to yell, smacks her little gums together, loves real food, hates baby food, wants to feed herself, loves the tub, hates to be left alone, will give head loves, is a mammas girl and is totally loved in this little family!

She puts up with a lot.

Anytime there is food her mouth will be open like this! Our baby bird.

Leah is a wonderful big sister and sit and entertains her. (Sometimes a little too much, but I won't complain.)

This is what happens when I let the kids go get her from her naps.

Loves the tub!

Like I said busy and everywhere!

Wanting to be outside with Logan.

Want to feed herself.

For some reason loves this red trash can.

So does her brother.

She's getting pretty good at this crawling thing!

First Day of Kindergarten.

For some reason it was a super crazy morning. Maybe it's because we have been super lax this summer with no real plans. So to be up and out the door to school by 8 was a little rough!
We had had their outfits all set out and ready to go!

And backpacks full of school supplies.

The usual picture.

My twiners are in Kindergarten. They are ready for school and I love to see them grow and learn!

Poor goose is ready for school too! He still has a few years:(

We hooked up the bike carrier so we could all see them off to school.

It was hard with the two in separate classes. I dropped Leah off and Jer dropped off Landon. When I went to go get a picture the teacher had kicked out all the parents and was ready to start. Let the school year begin!!

Last Week of summer!

Sunday was a beauty parlor day.

This is Logan Telling dad to talk to Aunt Brecky!

We had a stupid cricket that Jer tried to find for a least and hour! It was the most annoying thing in the world.

We kept up on the workbooks everyday.

Monday was cleaning day and I love having the kids help me!

We had a balloon fight too!

Tuesday was a swim day with friends.

We went again on Wednesday because we could and my kids love to swim!

Their friends introduced them to chicken fights!

Thursday we took it easy with some movie time.

There was some time for the Wii too!

We got some play dough in there too.

We were scared to come back to the summer heat but it hasn't been as bad as we thought!
We have had some nice evening so we took advantage of it and played on the swings.

She loved it!

We had back to school night to meet the kids teachers.

Leah has Miss Paramo

Landon had Mrs. Shirley

My little Wranglers. If Logan could go to school he would.

Friday we went swimming again!

And the kids had a sleepover at the Alexanders.

Saturday we went back to the pool...we could live in the pool really.

But this time we got to bring dad with us!

They were surfing on the boards!

Her "George Washington" Hair.

This little fart can swim. We took the life jacket off and off he went!

We enjoyed the rest of the evening out riding bikes.

When Logan is on his trike he reminds me of the kid off the "Incredibles"

Lovin' that we are not dying of heat right now. Crossing our fingers it lasts!
