Snow!

First real snow day. We got a couple inches over night and they canceled school. The kids thought it was the greatest thing EVER. They have no tolerance here for the snow which is a bit strange.

Making snowman and forts for the snowball fight.

They were more then happy to throw snowballs at me for the pictures.

Memory Monday

Landon was the director in the wolf skit for scouts! He took the role very seriously!

Cute little errand date.

Logan was in charge of FHE and filled out the slots as well. Some things I want to remember.

Valentines day goodies from Aunt Channy. They love to get mail.

National Archives and Native American Museum.

Making the most of a beautiful weekend. Went and saw the Declaration of Independence and the constitution.

They will think this is all so neat...one day.

The kids have been studying native american cultures in school so they really like the Museum.

Boats made out of seal skin.

There was also a kids zone that we could have spent the whole day in. Skate boarding, building igloos, teepees, basket weaving, snow shoeing,
and kayaking just to name a few of the things that you could experience.

Chores!

Trying to be better about making the kids take part in keeping the house clean and being responsible for themselves. Leah lately offers to do the dishes!

Clear the table, wipe it down, and floors are all part of after dinner help!

I started having Landon and Leah start their own laundry. Landon is like his dad and very particular about his clothes and how they are cleaned. I love seeing all of them take pride in their abilities and feeling like they are accomplishing things and being super helpful to mom!

Logan had to get creative.

Lacey Emma

I have a lot of pictures with my Lacey. Maybe it's because she is with me ALL day! A little ribbon time at the local library.

Screen time in my bed while I get ready for the day. It's a rough life!

Selfies and jamies.

"peanut butter, cool whip" anyone. She could eat the whole thing if I let her.

Selfies on my phone...and about 30 1/2 second videos.

Walking the kids to the bus in this get-up. She kills me.

90% of her time is spent in the kitchen, she is usually back in her jamies by three, and is the best little buddy ever.

Memory Monday!

This sight makes me happy. Trying to be better about reading the scriptures every night this year.

Getting some snuggles from Daddy!

Open mouth Sega playing.

Jer is simple the best. He let Lacey paint his nails blue and toes hot pick!

These girls and their stuffed animals are a bit out of control... and I love it.

Hanging with my Foofie!

Jer laid in my lap and it only took about two second for the kids to be all over him!

Cutest little leprechaun I ever did see!

Love Lacey's choice of seat for scripture reading!
