10 Months

Goose-a-relli is 10 months. I love this stage with my babies! Logan is such a happy boy all the time, he loves his brother and sister and follows them all around the house, hates cold things and always pulls a face, does not like the feel of grass, has 8 teeth 4 on top and 4 on bottom, loves to climb the stairs, loves to play peek-a-boo, waves good-by, is curious about everything, does not like strangers, and does not sleep through the night yet!

Lately...

Leah is big into dress-ups right now. She is usually dressed something like this when we go out, but the whole dress thing is not a battle I care to fight. I think it's pretty cute actually. The only thing I make her change is the shoes. I don't need anything making her slower.
Landon is into the Wii. He is constantly asking if he can play the tank game. Luckily the Wii is something that I put dad in charge of so I don't have to deal with it. The no shirt thing is the normal lately. He tells me he's too hot. I don't blame him the less clothes in the 115 degree weather the better! He is also a great big brother. He loves to play with the goose and still asks to hold him... it doesn't really work out well now that Logan is moving.
The Lilos love to take pictures with my camera. Since it is usually laying around I find little treasures all the time. Here are a few of the newer ones.

Where's Logan??

This is Logan new Favorite game. You say "where's Logan" and he covers the middle of his face with one hand. You can usually see both eyes and his big grin. He loves to play it especially when he's nursing. It can be annoying because I would like him to just eat, but how can you get mad at that cute little face!!!

What we've been up to!

Catching potato bugs. Which I remember doing as a little kid!! Oh to be a kid again.
Snake bubble! Made of household items and gave hours of entertainment!
Our friends rented a huge bounce house water slide. My kids were the first two casualties on it, they still had fun!
Lots of Popsicles! I let the goose hold the stick. He just sat there and sucked the juice off his hand. Not a big fan of the cold.

Pioneer Butter

For family night we went on a pioneer scavenger hunt and then made our own butter. We turned on some music and let them shake, shake, shake. The kids, including the goose, loved shaking the jar and it really made butter! Love when activities actually turn out:)

Snipers

A future career???? Landon and Leah were snipers the other day. They set up one of their books at took turns with the guns shooting. Not really sure what to think about it. Maybe too much history channel?? Landon does tell us when he grows up he wants to be on top shot, at this rate that could very well happen:)

Happy 4th of July!

There is not a lot to do here in the Valley for the 4th of July. Luckily we have great friends and an awesome ward to keep us busy. The Zinns invite everyone over for a 4th of July breakfast and then a bike parade for the kiddos afterwards. We enjoyed decorating the bikes and the kids thought they were hot stuff being in a parade. Later that day we headed over to the Rolfe's for a BBQ and some swimming. We had a hard time getting the kids out of the pool. The fireworks started really late here so we did some pops in the driveway, put the kids to bed, and watched to fireworks in Boston on TV.
