The first official week of summer!!!

The boys are finally feeling better. So we made the most of this week. Monday we had the Terry kids so we put them to work tearing up cardboard to burn in the fire.

Cardboard sleigh rides were also given.

Tuesday we went swimming. Lacey is a little daredevil and it scares me to death.

Making a boat of the little pool. I was surprised it actually floated!

This boys grazes when we swim. Too busy to eat but too hungry not too!!

Wednesday was a little bit of a relaxing day. I did have all the kids join me for my exercises.

Thursday we made it to the splash pad in our neighborhood!

It was a great way to kill the afternoon!

Friday Jer took the day off and we used our pass of all passes and went to seven peaks. It was super fun and exhausting. I didn't get any pictures of the kids on the big slides but they loved most of them and were asking when we could go back!

Saturday we went to Lagoon for the afternoon. Jer's new favorite ride the samurai. Landon and Leah are next to him you just can't see their faces. Jer took the two older kids on all the big rides and I stayed in the kiddie area with Logan and Lacey. It worked out pretty good and everyone was happy all day, so I call it a win!

We finished off the weekend with a trip top Costa Vida and a little game of red light green light on our way out!

It's so nice that they boys are feeling good and that we are able to spend summer they way I like to-BUSY!!!

1 week post op.

It's been a long week. The boys have been absolutely miserable since having their tonsils out. I feel bad for Leah and Lacey because there is not much we can do until they feel better. Lots of popsicles and love! I have made it to the store for a quick trip. Lacey was my cute little shopping buddy.

Since most our time is spent in the play room we made the most of it with a massive fort.

They thought it was pretty awesome and I even let them sleep in it!

I did make Landon go to piano on Tuesday, a week after getting his tonsils out, and I stopped by Grandmas for a little pool time. It was as much for me as it was for the kids to get out. The boys still don't feel great:( I think it might have been the best medicine, some cousin time and some sun. I didn't stay long because I didn't want to overdue it.

Sighting in guns.

Jer helped Tommy free sight in his pellet gun. I thought it was the cutest thing to see the kids out there helping him by being his spotter!

Happy 35 + Family S.W.A.T. Day!

Jer's birthday this year was super crazy! We had some yard stuff to take care of in the morning and then heading to the range for family S.W.A.T day. They had some demonstrations of robots, a sniper, a hostage rescue, and the armored car for the kids. Landon was all over shooting all the guns and they all got a chance to shoot the Tommy gun. It was an awesome day and neat to see what Dad does at work:) It was also a great way to spend Jer birthday!! Happy 35th love!

Lacey was just interested in finding all the brass on the range!

A family shot in front of the bear-cat!

Tonsils!

The boys got their tonsils out. I know it's going to be a rough couple of days, but it will be nice not to have strep every other week.

They did well in surgery. Logan woke up a little restless but happy until he got sick. Landon woke up crying and fighting. He worked himself out of his gown, wrapped himself up in his cords, and almost fell out the bottom of the bed.

SUMMER!!!!!

Monday:
Cleaning day followed by sprinkler under the tramp.

Tuesday:
Air-soft wars and Swimming.

The three little thought they were hot stuff shooting the cups. Not one cup was harmed during the shooting:)

Landon has been waiting since Christmas to use his air-soft gun! They played for 2 hours!

We headed over the Grandma's for a little swimming after.

Leah was helping Lacey most the time!

Landon diving right in.

Logan is my little fish and could be in the water ALL day!!

The pool was a bit cold so the hot tube was were most of the kids spent their time!

This will be the the most fun we have in a while the boys get their tonsils out tomorrow so we will be taking it easy for a couple of weeks!
