The Big 29!

I celebrated my 29th birthday this year. We went up to Tucson for the weekend which it was nice to get away. My friends had a birthday lunch for a couple of us girls(which I failed to get any pictures of). My cute husband made me breakfast in bed and we went to Texas roadhouse for dinner, Yummy! Jer didn't make me ride the saddle, the Bug was happy to do it for me. Thanks everyone for a great Birthday.

MONSTER TRUCKS!!!!!

Last weekend Jer and I took the kids to a Monster truck show, white trash I know, but Landon loves trucks so much that it was worth it. He loved seeing the Monster trucks, the motorcycles jump, the derby cars crash, and the tractor that cleared the dirt. Leah on the other hand hated the noise and would have been content if we would have bought her glow stick and left. Next time Jer and Landon can go see the Monster trucks and Leah and I will go shopping:)

The cars all lined up.

Landon taking it all in.

The Fam.

Leah not liking it.

Totally content with the light.

The cute boys!

The next morning I participated in another Triathlon. My time was 1:24:32. It was a good weekend and nice to get out of the Vista.

My loyal supporters! Thanks guys!

Landon was as ready to be done as I was:) The bug is enjoying another Medal.

They do my dishes!

My kids love to wash the dishes. It makes a little more work for me when they are all done, but they are so cute doing them it's hard to say no. Leah obviously could care less to pose for pictures. She wouldn't even look at the camera for this one. Luckily the Muntz will give a cute cheezer!

At the Car Wash Yah!!!

Jer had the Lilos help him wash my car the other night. He's always really good to involve them in his projects and it gives me some time to get things done around the house. The kids are good helpers especially when it comes to bubbles and making a mess. They loved sticking their hands in the suds and finger painting the car and our driveway. They were both soaked by the end, but as you can tell they enjoyed every minute of it.

Labor Day Weekend!

We had a great labor day weekend! On Sunday my parents surprised us at Church with a visit. We only got them for a couple hours, but we loved every minute of it! The bug loved reading and coloring with Grandma and both of them were entertained by grandpas phone. We loved having them here and can't wait to have them visit again!

After our visitors left we headed up carr canyon for a little camping. It was our first time staying over night. We had tin foil dinners, roasted marshmallows, went for a hike, and enjoyed getting dirty. The Lilos loved the tent and being free in the great outdoors. I'm glad they enjoy it because camping is something that Jer and I enjoyed together before we had kids. We will defiantly try to get out a little more now.

We love our Dad!

The lilos love their dad to pieces!

Bedtime!

We've been pretty lucky with our kids bedtime routine. We pretty much put them in their cribs, tuck them in, blow out the lights and they go na-night. This doesn't mean they don't have their corks. Leah would take every stuffed animal if she could. She sits and tucks them into bed and sings to them. If one falls out she sits and cries till you come in a pick it up for her. Landon needs a car to "drive it". He wants his blanket over his lap and them sits and drives it over his legs. Its pretty fun putting them down now, we'll see how things go when they figure out how to climb out of their cribs.
