I love these Kids!!!

I love my kids to death!!! Even though they are causing trouble most of the time, beating up on each other the other time, and can push me to my very limits almost everyday, I can't get enough of them. I am learning to laugh at the messes, have patience when they are mean, and discipline with love. It makes everything worth it to hear them giggle at each other, have them negotiate with me, and to get the best loves and kisses from them.

They woke up and were being quiet so I finished what I was doing before I went to get them, BAD idea.

My little Helpers.

We have the best helpers! Leah and Landon are so curious and are always wanted to be in the middle of any project Jer and I are involved in. I love that they are wanting to help and learn. I have had to relax a little bit when it comes to them helping in the kitchen and let my kids be kids.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We had a busy but fun St. Patrick's day! We made sure we were all wearing green so we didn't get pinched. We had some Lucky Charms for breakfast (thanks for the idea Alish). My kids just ate the marshmallows, that's why it's a rarity that we have them. We made some cupcakes to share with our friends. Later in the afternoon we headed over to the Anderson's to decorate the rainbow cupcakes. They were fun and super easy. When we got home and were waiting for Dad to get home from work we had a fire truck, police car, and ambulance drive into our neighborhood and stop just a few doors down. Landon was in heaven and wanted to go check it out. When the firefighters finish they let Landon and Leah sit in the drivers seat. It was just a bonus to a great day!!!

Our new Babies!

This last week Jer sold big Red....

So he could buy his new Baby a Toyota Tacoma to make more room for.....

Nielsen Baby Three!! Due September 2011

We were going to keep it a secret until we went home in April, but with my parents being in town this weekend we decided to let the cat out of the bag. We are really excited to welcome this little one, and that there is only ONE!

Phoenix!

My parents were in Phoenix this last weekend so we decided to visit and crash the party. It was so fun to see them and get out of the Vista for a night. We played at the pool, ate dinner at the yummy CPK, and became very familiar with an IPhone. Jer and I were completely disowned by our kids on the trip. Landon and Leah wanted nothing to do with us which was really nice. The Lilos were just soaking up the attention they got from Grandma and Grandpa. It's always hard to say good-bye, but it is always so nice to see family.

My kind of Snow:)

Snow, the one thing I don't miss about Utah. Sunday it snowed here in the Vista. Just enough to have the kids experience and enjoy. I didn't have to worry about how I was getting to church, or shoveling the driveway two or three times in ONE day, or clearing of the cars. The snow melted as soon as the sun came out, now that's my kind of snow storm.
