Circle soccer and playing ball.

The kids have been obsessed with circle soccer. The second they get home they are asking to go round up the neighbors and play. It's been pretty decent weather so they have been out there almost everyday. Jer and I remember as kids playing hockey and soccer in the circle with neighbors.

Between sessions of Conference on Saturday we headed to the park for some fresh air and to get the wiggles out.

Reading, school and date night!

Lacey loves when Logan reads to her.

I love my little girl all grown up going to preschool!

Date night is rare these days, but we love when we make it happen.

An empty theater! Guess we were the last one to see The Greatest Showman! We loved it! Jer thinks that life should be an actually musical, always breaking out into song and dance! Love my man!

Logan doing the robot.

Kids wanted to make a volcano this weekend. I let them use the play dough to make the base.

Logan was the one that kept pushing for it so he did the honors to make it go off! Fun little science project.

FBI Possible Club.

Jer made it on the wall of the FBI possible Club. The possible club was established in 1940 in order to recognize outstanding achievement in firearms. Agents must demonstrate proficiency with 100% accuracy on a challenging timed fire course in which the agent fires 60 rounds ranging from the 50 yard line to the seven yard line. Only agents who maintain a 98% or greater average on quarterly firearms qualifications are allowed the opportunity to gain membership into this elite club of marksmen.

Big deal to have his name on the wall.

So I guess he's a pretty good shot:) This is his target from the qualifying course!

Marine Corps Museum.

Finished the final wing of the Marine corps museum and walked the grounds outside to finish off our Saturday. Still a lot to do before we head home.

The actual flag that was flown at Iwo Jima.

Exiting the plane in formation.

And the grumpy butt picture of the day goes to....

For love and Roast Chicken.

Landon and Leah were invited to be 2 of 8 3rd graders from Winding Creek to be a part of the district musical ensemble.  They played the drums, recorder, and sang. It was a cute performance and I was grateful that they were able to be a part of the program.

After the performance we went and found the art that was being displayed. Leah, Landon and Logan all had a piece or two in the art show.

Probably the favorite part of the day was the musical petting zoo. You got to go in and try different instruments. It's a lot harder then it looks and Landon was a natural at the base, and trombone.

Snow Day...Ugh.

Finally a decent amount of snow. The kids were out of school for two days! Luckily one of them Dad had work canceled as well. We took full advantage and the kids played outside pretty much the entire day. They love the snow and I love that they had something to do with school being canceled!
