Fire station, field trips, field day and final day of First Grade.

The Lilos had a field trip top the fire station. It was pretty informative for the kids. I tagged along because they were walking to the fire station just down the street from our house.

The officer told them they could some closer and Landon was the first to step up.

Lacey was every where she wasn't supposed to be.

Walking through the ambulance.

Goose let like he was one of the big kids, he acted older then some of them too!

Later that week Landon and Leah had their French program. It was so fun to hear them sing the songs that they have learned over the school year.

Landon took a little to start doing the actions.

He also had a speaking part, it was in English, but he was pretty excited about it.

A couple of posers.

The next week was field day. I volunteered to help and have a new respect for their teachers. There were several stations that they rotated through. IT was a hot day, but super fun for all the kids.

Pass the water. It took all our groups a couple times to get any water to the end of the line.

Tug of war.

Ring toss. Leah would have rather just hula-hooped.

The Last day of First Grade!!!

We joined them for lunch on the last day. Not really sure why?! They were happy to see us but not willing to give up sitting by their friends:) They did pose for a picture before running off to recess.

One of the kids in their class through an end of year party with a bounce house, dunk tank, cotton candy, and saved ice. It was a great way to start summer!!
