The fair is one of the few things that we look forward to here in the valley. We have a ton of fun as a family as white-trash as it may be.
We only get about 2 inches of rain a year and for some reason it decided to rain today. We braved the weather anyway and headed to the fair. It was cloudy and bit windy but I think that keep the crowd away and it wasn't too hot!
There was no lines for any of the rides.
My little pirates!
She loved the bouncy swing.
Goose only wanted to ride once!
The Lilos went several times.
We love seeing the animals and even got to hold some this year.
Leah asked to take this one home. A goat- just what I need, no thanks!
Goose kept telling them "no, no, no"
BEST BABY EVER!
Yep, finished the corndog. Im not sure if any ketchup made it in his mouth!
Jer tuned down all the other games. Even games that they were guaranteed a prize! Until we came to the star shoot. He played this 4 times-unsuccessful! He changed his mind to the kids playing games after this. Boys and their guns!
He did let Landon have the first try. I was proud of the kid. He asked the worker where is safety glasses were. The guy gave him a smile and went and found the safety glasses. I guess the gun safety is sinking in.
It was hilarious watching them all play whack-a-mole! Luckily Jer helped Goose so the game would end. None of them were fast enough. For every ten hits they maybe got one!!
Goose started on this ride with his hands up, his joy quickly turned to terror as the ride got faster and faster! Just when he thought it was coming to and end, it started to spin backwards.
This girl loved every ride!
She was going to fast and wouldn't look at the camera.
This is the only smile from him. It was before the ride started too!
Swings were a hit!!!
Even for the Goose.
A giant slide, who wouldn't love it.
I wish I had zoomed in. Leah's face is a face of pure joy coming down the slide! Love it.
She was a pretty princess the whole time. Even in the wind.
Logan's favorite ride!
Bouncy cars.
No fair is complete without and overpriced treat!
This funnel cake was worth the $9. YUMMY!!
Until next year!
