The Weekend!

Jer and I got out on a date!

Jer is always good to do Leah's hair on the weekends. 

We fixed up a bike to get Leah riding a two wheeler. 

We ended the first week of school with happy hour at Sonic!

Let the kiddos do jets in the tub!

Had a birthday party with a water bounce house. It was a little too crazy for my liking, and way to hot for us adults.

So we stopped for Slurpee's on the way home!!

Monday we stopped the ice cream man! 

First Day of Transitional Kinder!

California has been moving the school deadline up one month for the last 2 years and again this year to eventually be the 1st of September. This year the deadline is October 1st. Leah and Landon miss the deadline, but California has a program called Transition Kindergarten for the kids who's birthday fall between Oct. 2 and Dec. 2. Next year will be September 2nd to Dec. 2nd.(Hopefully that all makes sense) So, the Lilos still start ALL day TK. They are as ready for it as I am!! I think the only one that is having a hard time with it is Logan:) 

It was pouring rain and the crowd was crazy!!

Like I said, the Goose wasn't very happy he had to leave!

San Diego Zoo

We got one more trip to San Diego in before school and soccer start. Jer and I were able to go to the Temple together. It's such a pain to get there, but it's always so worth it!

Bishop Rolfe was in San Diego and volunteered to watch the kids while we went to the temple. The kids had a ball playing at the hotel pool.

After the Temple we headed to the Zoo. 

They are a bunch of Monkeys!

Landon didn't bring the binoculars this time, so he made his own. 

The Roo Crew. They did all sorts of cool trampoline tricks. Obviously the kids were fully entertained. 

No trip is complete without a treat!

I think this is the first time I have seen the elephants in action!
